howto web cam, no ZM_NETCAM_REGEXPS option

I have a DCS-900 web cam. Under hardware support it says to set ZM_NETCAM_REGEXPS = 0 but there is no such option. I see in the zm database in the config table a row for ZM_NETCAM_REGEXPS but cataegory is set to hidden. How do I activate this option? I am using 1.24.1.

Under source tab select Remote method drop down in the monitor settings.
