Upgrade to 1.23.3 - restarting apache gives error 'php_flag'

Post by Khurram »

I upgraded my 1.22.x installation to 1.23.3 using Pete's package. The upgrade went without any problems. Then I started following the instructions from the wiki on installing on Ubuntu (my version is 8.04.3). The link to zoneminder.conf was already there. Then when I restarted apache, I got the error:

Syntax error on line 4 of /etc/apache2/conf.d/zoneminder.conf:
Invalid command 'php_flag', perhaps misspelled or defined by a module not included in the server configuration

I didnt change anything in PHP. Can someone help please?

Thanks.

I'd love to be able to suggest something, but unless the line's mangled (which I doubt) I've got a blank.

The only thing that springs to mind is: did apache get upgraded as part of the zoneminder package install?

Thanks for the reply. I ended up removing apache2, php5 and zoneminder packages and then installing the packages from the repo. Then I updated to 1.23 deb from Pete's site. I had to re-enter my monitor configuration and restore the event data but it wasnt too bad.
