Help! No video with Pico 2000 on ubuntu 9.04 ---thanks!

Hi everyone, I've been using my two Pico2000 cards with windows , but the windows stopped working , so I decide to use ubuntu.

I managed to install zoneminder and get work, at least the interface.
when I i tried to add the monitors for the first card, video0 on chanel 0, everything is orange, but I see no video.....

My lspci shows two "Multimedia brooktree corporation Bt878 Video capture (Rev 11)" entries.

My dmesg | grep bttv shows that both cards are autodetected and registered as video0 and vide01, I'm able to add to the monitors section, but still 0Fps and just a black screen.....

Any suggestion would help...

I forgot to add the "www" user to the video group, after that it works great
