Deleted the admin account

Well in a large bout of stupidity i enabled security and then promptly deleted the admin/admin account so i could create my own, but then i realized it doesn't give the option to create another "default" account, and now have no way to log into the webpage to add another user. Any suggestions on how to login to the webpage without this admin account?
