IP Camera request

I'm trying to see if there's a IP camera out there with the following features

- Audio. Needs to have at least an internal mic. A connection for a mic isn't good enough.
- night vision. Either with LED's or a very low LUX rating.
- PTZ
- POE
Ideally it can have some sort of outdoor housing, but doesn't need fans or anything serious like that. Worst it'll get is wet from some rain. Won't freeze during the winter and doesn't get that hot during the summer.

And, obviously, needs to work with Zoneminder

Does a camera like this exist? I found one or two on bluecherry that were close, but still not everything.
