Remote Camera source always red (black screen)

hi,
i'm using zoneminder 1.24.1 on HP server machine.

when i add remote camera, sometimes it shows black screen. and the source line become red.
i have to edit the camera to make it works again.
actually, i didn't need to edit anything, just open "edit" dialog, and save it.
it works, and the source line goes to orange again.

but it just a temporary, untill it black screen again.

i already change the shared memory, following this thread:

kernel.shmall = 2097152
kernel.shmmax = 4194304000

but still, a black screen always appears.

it only happens on remote camera, local is fine (webcam).

any suggestion??
