no matter what I try any camera I add to a monitor is 'idle' 0fps and black. I have tried everything I have tried readnig through the wiki and can't find anything that will help me. I have 4 generic camera's that are /dev/video0 /dev/video1 and so on.
the system is on ubuntu JJ
also is there a precompiled 1.24 I tried compiling it on my own but I've never done this much with linux before this is a learning process for me.
