how's everyone printing?

I need stills to put in a log book of problem customers and wondering the best way to print out a still.

Using the newest version of the Blue Cherry set up.

I'd say the easiest would be to pause at the frame you want, ALT-PrintScreen to capture that window, and then paste it into your favorite photo editor. Or easier yet, paste it in MS Word or Wordpad. That would make it easy to format for normal paper and give you the ability to type easily.
