Pool Monitoring

Is anyone using this to monitor their pool. I would like to set up a switch so when someone intends to go out to the pool, they trigger an alarm event and possibly some type of physical alarm too. If you "trigger" a disable, ie, push a button, etc, it ignores alarms until a 5 min window is clear of any activity around the pool area, then rearms again triggering the physical alarm...

Any thoughts, comments, etc.
