I got the Trendnet TV-IP501P working with the following settings:

Remote Protocol: HTTP
Remote Method: Simple
Remote Host Name: user:pass@x.x.x.x (admin:admin is the default user/pass and 192.168.0.30 is the default IP)
Remote Host Port: 80
Remote Host Path: /mjpeg.cgi

using 320x240 on medium in the camera's settings.

I have zoneminder v1.22.3 installed on ubuntu 8.04 server, I have the settings configured as you have listed. In the console view, it shows my monitor Name/Function/Source highlighted in green which I assume means it's detected and configured properly. When I click on the name to view the camera, I get no video or image.

What version of zoneminder do you have installed? I don't see a setting for method simple and protocol http anywhere in my zoneminder config options.

Got this cam working too on 1.23.3. Nice inexpensive poe cam.

Has anyone gotten this camera to work using 640x480? When I try and set it up to, the image is mysteriously blank...yet when using 320x240, it works perfectly.

Yep. I'm running 640x480 color. You probably need to change the memory settings in zm.
