make Error in ffmpeg

I tried to use this http://www.zoneminder.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=14783
and installed ffmpeg but make exited with an Error. It is a fresh install on to ubuntu 9.10
server 32 bit and here are some of the warnings and error. I hope some one can help.
