apt-get install sysvconfig

I installed Zoneminder on ubuntu 9.10 server 32 bit. I used the installation procedure for
ubuntu 9.04 in the Wiki. "apt-get install sysvconfig" appeared earlier in the procedure
before I installed zm but I got a response that said "sysvinit-utils replaces it" and
"E: Package sysvconfig has no installation candidate" . So, I skipped that step and
completed zm installation. Now I can't enable Zoneminder and "zm start" fails. Al least I
think that is why "zm start" fails. I would appreciate any help I can get. Thanks.

Do you make a zm start script that contains in procedure ?
