ZoneMinder + XBMC (XBOX)

Well I just got zoneminder up today, and after seeing these two threads:

I was able to easily setup a live video stream to my xbmc install which is hooked up to my 57" HDTV. I must say the quality is pretty good.

What I did was install URLPaster from http://www.xbmcscripts.com/
http://www.xbmcscripts.com/modules/mod_ ... itstart=30

The instructions for the urlpaster program are straight forward. I loaded xbmc, installed the urlpaster python scripts and launched the main URLPaster.py.

Then with the pc app I pasted the mplayer url
http://192.168.0.5/cgi-bin/nph-zms?mode ... format=asf

You can change your ip/monitor.

This basically verifies that it is easy to stream the feed to xbmc. I'll try working on a python script that has config settings to load this automatically without the url paster.

Did you ever get this working? Right now the URL paster script is inaccessible because xbmcscripts.com is down (has been for a long time).

Do the xbox live cards that you buy at walmart work for the old.original xbox? I have an original xbox, and walmart sells xbox live cards for 360s. Will these work for my old xbox?

I wish to get my IP cameras through their internal web server feed or through zoneminder, streaming to a XBMC or even a BOXEE setup ...

It seems that through URLPASTER on xbmc will do the job... I am unable to locate URLPASTER.. the xbmcscripts site has been down for a while

please let me know where to get it... or even if you have any suggestions on how to get the feeds from the cameras to be shown on a mac mini connected to a TV, I will appreciate.

(XBMC, BOXEE, FrontRow ????? )
