No Zone configuration link, other controls.

I am new to ZoneMinder so I did not know what to expect. But when looking for the link to define Zones, it appears to be missing.

I am running a fresh install of Debian 5.0 (Lenny) and installed ZoneMinder from the Sid repository. I have checked the apache logs for clues without success. I have checked the html source in the watch window and see no reference to a zone control. Perhaps this is some simple but it really has me stumped.

Camera: axis-206w
ZoneMinder Version: 1.24.2

The link for Zone controls are in the main console in the table under the header Zones for each configured monitor.
