No EMail transmission with no log information

Hello together,

i have verry problems with sending emails from zoneminder. i tried different configurations with a local mailagent (sendmail) and external providers.

nothing works. i did not receive any error logs or any log entries about zoneminder email activities.

i use a debian (lenny) os. all the other ZM functions are working fine.

if any have an idea, where i can find a solution or get a error message what helps to find the problem, please let me now!

.. how to log the email steps from zoneminder where i can found the point of failure and why zoneminder did not send emails ?????
