2 out 4 Cameras work, tested them using xawtv

So here is the scoop,
Im running Ubuntu 9.10
4 capture cards Hauppauge pvr150
2 of the cameras show up
1 of the cameras is blue screen
1 of the cameras is a white screen

tested the cameras using xawtv and could only get the 2 to show up, all of the video cards are the same.

Also, whenever i start/stop zoneminder or reboot the server, the cameras fail and i have to manually set the video0-4 to look for composite1.

Ive been searching through forums for quite some time now and couldnt find anything that helped, mostly made it worse or had to start over and i always seem to get back to the same point.
