Axis 210 problem

Hi!
I'm Jero and this is my first post in this forum, I have a problem with a camera Axis 210, I can´t view live streaminig in monitor view, only a black screen, this is my system:

* PC:
Debian GNU/Linux Lenny - Dual Core and 4GB RAM
ZoneMinder v1.24.2 installed from sources

I don´t understad why in the logs have shared memory error and I think that is not the problem, but the AXIS 210 not show any image only black screen and if I put de url of Axis Camera in the browser works fine, maybe I need downgrade the camera firmware??

Turn off the first camera, see if the second one's happy then. If it is, then it's a shared memory issue.

Why isn't mapped the default these days? Experimental or not, I haven't seen any posts answered by "your mapped memory needs adjusting".

That not solved, but I found that was a problem with camera credentials, I put debug log in 5 and I find that. Now camera axis 210 it's OK but continue error of "shared memory" in logs, is that normal??

The shared memory error will show up any time a configured monitor is unable to capture an image. When zmc fails to get an image and place it in shared memory, zma will complain that it cant find something that it expects. When everything is working, then you should not see shared memory errors.

Thank you for great information though, very detailed. My first suggestion on your first post would have been to enable debug and set around 4 and limit it to zmc_
