Anybody had any luck with a Toshiba IK-WBO1A?

I downloaded the firmware update (v. 3.12) for a Toshiba IK-WB01A and opened it in a text editor. Some searching revealed this url:

http://a.b.c.d/__live.jpg?&&&

where a.b.c.d is the IP address and "__" is two underscore characters.
