also one of the guides it made a relly easy way to tell if the encloses is blocking radio waves simply put in the microwave for a few seconds if it gets hot it blocks radio waves. Because microwaves use the same 2.4 ghz frequency.

Yes, always do that with pvc, some of it has metallic or graphite in it and will kill your signal.

Some of the UV resistant PVC is nasty for RF.
