KODICOM KMC-8800 not working

guys i'm desperate with the installation
i've kodicom KMC-8800, i live at Indonesia which using PAL as video format, but everytime i switch video format to PAL from zoneminder setting the picture didn't show up.
The real problem is when i'm using NTSC the picture show up only part of picture.

thanks a lot guy, the guide is working, and now i can use PAL on my system.
and for the video problem is caused by broken cable
