Newbie - Timetable

I read this topic.
What about the time table? How can I provide a very simple (for the user) time table with a daily setup like this the following:

Mode from to
Modect 00.00 07.59
Mocord 08.00 12.30
Modect 12.31 15.59
Mocord 16.00 20.30
Modect 20.31 23.59

How is it possible to prepare a table like the previous and allow the system to record alway or only at motion dectet? Or does exist another way to do that?
