Vivotek IP 7161

Hi All
I am so new to this , we got 2 vivotek IP 7161 Cameras for the office
I have setup ZM 1.24 and it say it is running .
When I add the camera nothing show up but hay maybe there is something I am not doing right please help

The camera has a ip and when i use that in the browser firefox crash
when I phoned Vivotek they said it is Directx that the browser need to display it
We have no windows machine as the office is on Ubuntu 9.10
