1.24.3 Hangs system

Established openSUSE 11.2, capture cards Kodicom 4400r, Intell Celeron Dual Core 2,5, 2Gb RAM
The CPU usage is almost always reaches 50-90%, after a while very little RAM (10-15Mb), and very often the system crashes.
