Mode RTP/Unicast (ip camera MPEG4)

jpeg mode on zoneminder.

The same hardware configuration is well running on another server with ubuntu 9.04 and zoneminder 1.24.1

the cam i use is gigamedia GAMF18E in RTSP/unicast
With some VIVOTEK cams, users encountered problems with 64 bits ubuntu and RTSP protocol , so i will test 32 bits version.

if anyone has a solution for version 64 bits, i'm interrested.

How did you install zoneminder 1.24 onto Lucid 10.04? I attempted to install from source following the wiki on how to install 8.10 or 9.10 with zoneminder 1.24 and I get compile errors with zoneminder.

Hi Jeff,
I just use this command :

sudo apt-get install zoneminder

because it is a package ubuntu.

I've resolved my problem with unbuntu 10.04 32 bits (i386)
It was not possible to use ubuntu 10.04 64 bits (amd64) with my cam, because of a compatibility problem with rtsp implementation of the cam i suppose...
