Axis 215 PTZ No Workey...

Hello all:

I'm having a heck of a time getting ZM 1.24.2 to capture on image using MJPEG from an Axis 215 PTZ. I've ZM working with plenty of Axis cams (211, 2100) using the MJPEG method but not for this one.

Using a browser I can easily grab an image via the following URL:
http://192.168.200.5:326/axis-cgi/jpg/i ... on=640x480

However, the message log on my box indicates the following:
"Captured image does not match expected size, check width, height and colour depth".

The camera is configured to use 4CIF so do I need to change the resolution properties under the Source tab in order to make this work? I've tried 704x480, 704x576 but nothing seems to work.

in the cgi path just use axis-cgi/jpg/image.cgi?resolution=640x480
as high and width
and 640 x 480



704x480 is 4cif though

Whenever I get that message, I just open the url in firefox, right-click the image and select properties. You get actual dimensions.
