Cannot get ZM to "Start"

I'm sorry to bump mine again, but I thought that information maybe helpful, it doesn't tell me what username and password it wants or where.

What I see looking in your system is that the installation has apache running as a nonstandard User/Group and you have installed ZM to use apache as its User/Group.
You should make ZM run as the same user/group as apache is using.

See your PM for details as I don't want to post them here as that might give to much detail regarding your system to post here on the forum.

Sorry about not getting back with you. Went out to dinner the other night and chipped a tooth. Wound up having a root canal procedure done.

I will try and take a look at this for you now and see if anything jumps out at me.
