iPhone App-Cam Viewer-broken in ZM 1.24.1 (SOLVED)

Had the iPhone app "Cam Viewer with ZM 1.23.x and worked great. Downloaded "Cam Viewer" app, selected one of the two Zoneminder presets-worked great. Updated to ZM 1.24.1 and the iPhone app broke.

Not knowing much, I think it was because in the camera field it was looking for a "numbered" monitor as is displayed on the ZM 1.23.x console. ZM 1.24.1 does not list a monitor number on the console, so it leaves one guessing.

Tried variations of Camera No. to no avail.

Came across this info at this link -

and followed these instructions on the iPhone app "Cam Viewer" -

Create a new camera in Cam Viewer of type ZoneMinder, Method 1.

IP address : XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX
Port : 80
Username :
Password :
Cam Num : cgi-bin/nph-zms?mode=mpeg&monitor=1&user=USERNAME&pass=PASSWORD

I omitted everything in red since i did not have my ZM passworded.

Works great!

Just a sidebar-also, instead of assigning a numeric IP address as indicated in "green" above, I used the no-ip service name I gave to my ZM box which was XXXXXX.zapto.org in my case.

Thanks to those that figured this out and posted it. Cam Viewer is a pretty good iPhone app.
