Sorry for the question.
I'm writing an small surveillance application. Grabbing a frame from a vl2 video capture is very fast. I can grab 25 frames at second. But convert a frame from rgb to jpeg is too much expensive for the cpu. A frame at 320x240 requires till 100 milliseconds.
Is Zoneminder faster to convert a frame? How much?
