ACTi IP Camera Configuration - No display

I just installed ZM 1.24.1. I'm using ACTi IP (Model ACM-3511) camera.

I've got the camera working. By working I mean I can use the ffmpeg utility 'ffplay'
to view the video stream (ffplay rtsp://10.16.1.14:7070)

It appears that the images are being captured in ZM however I can not see the image
in my browser. I tried firefox and MSIE. All I get is a white box with a black thin border.
Inside the box I see a square with a red X and the name of my monitor zone.
If I right click on the red X and do properties I get;
nph-zms?mode=single&monitor=1&scale=100&connkey=264095&rand=1237853072&1237853271288

The display at the bottom says State: Idle - 9.19 fps. fps changes but it always says
idle.

Any ideas?

If it's shows capturing, and you get a red [x] then something is off in your Apache config. Check the Apache error log.

I had a similar problem in VGA resolution (not in 320x240) in ACTi 4001 cam. I could get rid of it simply checking "RTP B2 Frame Enable" option in "video configuration" (I assume you are using MPEG4 encoding and RTSP). Also, to get a good response, set the same FPS in cam and zoneminder.
Either check if you have the last firmware version, I updated recently and the image quality has improved considerably.

Can you post your Acti-4001 web configuration and zoneminder configuration that works, currently I just get a grey bar with 1.24.2 rtsp udp no authenication at 640x480
