E-Mail Failure

I've been trying to get e-mail notifications setup, but am having difficulty. I've been following this guide here, but this is the error I get. I do not recieve any emails from zoneminder. What is a "non-null" host error?

I have a feeling its something to do with Postfix (so people here may not be able to help much), but I cannot quite tell.
On the other hand, having Webmin installed on this system is amazing for accessing this machine and doing little routine stuff.
