Zoneminder 1.24X and realtime recording not robotic
I have a customer to where I have setup and configured Zoneminder 1.24X successfully. The system record frames up to a max of 15 frames per second and when he views his images via montage he says that it looks like there are robots and doesn't like it. He wants the images to be fluid and not robotic. He wants realtime recording and doesnt care that his disk space will be reduced. How can one achieve this goal and also when viewing images via firefox remotely , the images shift around as though firefox is having trouble with streaming?
Two thing:
make sure his is useing high streaming at the top of zm it should say:
"configured for HIGH Bandwidth"
next use mpeg straming mode.
ffmpeg need to be setup and working.
also 10fps is very fast and is almost real time in my opnion.
And is also over kill of cctv.
here is 10fps
