PV-981-8 Configuration

I cant seem to get my card to work properly, I purchased this card from bluecherry, it works for the first video0 (0) and video (1) on NTSC and Grey, 320/200 at 5fps

but when I add video1(0) or more I loose all the cameras? I am using v4l 2 and centos 5.5, I added :
options bttv card=98,98,98,98
to my modprobe.conf per the bluecherry docs

What am I missing? is there a frame skip or something?
