Problem with BT878

Hi guys, i am a new member of this forum.
I have a problem with the configuration of a video sourveillance server where i have installed ubuntu 10.04 and ZoneMinder 1.24.
The server have this hardware configuration:

Pentium 4 2,6 GHz
1GB DDR400
BT878 CCTV card
80GB HDD

I add a new monitor to ZoneMinder on /dev/video0 (0), and when i would to see the camera clicking on the monitor's name i see a window with a beckground color blue and the time stamp.

Can you help me to solve this problem?

blue colour wiht time stamp is good! It probably means your camera is not connected correctly

oh good!

I connect my CCTV camera with a RCA cable and two BNC-RCA converter.
After this answear i'll try to connect the camera with a new cable without converter and post here the results!

hi.
i have tried with another cable but the results is the same:a window with blue color and time stamp.

do you have any idea for help me?
