ZM hangs up at Centos

Hello! I try to setup ZM at Centos 2.6.34.1, but there's one big problem. After changing some options or tweaking configuration of a monitor ZM web interface just hangs up - page is loading endlessly. Also I can't restart ZM service via "zm service restart" - it just says "Stopping ZoneMinder: " and shows no progress at all. So I need to reboot to do so...
