Force the bandwith level into the config

Anything you want added or changed in future versions of ZoneMinder? Post here and there's a chance it will get in! Search to make sure it hasn't already been requested.

Hey,

Each morning when I power up my pc for cameras viewer, I've to switch the bandwidth level from low to high...and if something wrong happen and firefox restart, I've to do it again, if I forget to do that I have only one image per 2~3 seconds, which is not interesting in my case.

So a small option to be able to force the bandwidth by default to low, medium or high should be wlecome.

Its in the user config. You have to turn on authentication.
