Foscam FI8904W - Image quality ?

Foscam FI8904W - Image quality ?

Hello,
I'm interrested in a quite cheap IP outdoor cam (althow I do not need the wifi part). I've seen the Foscam FI8904W works with ZM.
What is the picture quality, especially for moving objects?
Is it possiible to identify someone with it? (ie. a robber)

The image is very good you can see the faces very well
I want make my tesis with zoneminder and foscam
