wicked picture under ZM

Hi,

Lost a week trying to solve this but still no success. I have 2 AVTech IP cams with RTSP.
When I put rtsp url into vlc, totem or any other player I have a nice stream. But when Im usiing it with ZM i got problems:

1. I can only set source as 8bit grayscale
2. Topleft corner is scaled to 640x480 (full image size) and interlaced (or it looks like because of scale)

I have tried with ffmpeg from repos, I have even build ffmpeg from source and still nothing.

Any ideas ?
