libjpeg and libjpeg-turbo

So I have two different Zoneminder servers. Both running Fedora.

Recently on one of the server I've had issues with CPU load and live view/event playback. Its really slow.

I have 1 server with 34 camera's on it working perfectly, Reasonable load and live/event playback works great! Its using libjpeg

I have a second server with 4 camera's. Load is consistently high and live view/playback is very slow. Its using libjpeg-turbo.

I've made no special modifications to this system and cannot seem to find a resolution to this problem.

Anyone with help would be greatly appreciated.
