Is it possible to create assign users customized config?

Greetings..
I would like to know if it is possible to assign Cameras and Gigas of space to users.
For example the cameras of my cousin which he has installed in his home. I created him a username and password and assign him the permission to only watch and monitor his own cameras. After that I would like to assign only some gigas of my server to the storage of events of his cameras.
Is that possible?

Would be really nice if there is a function for letting each user see the cameras.

Nevermind..
The restricted monitor work in this case and putting each cameras to record with filter of space.
