View only fiew seconds of event

View only fiew seconds of event

Hi,
when i click on an event in one of my event list's cams i see only 2 or 3 seconds of the event then it freeze and if i click play nothing change but if i see single images there are more after 3 seconds. I use modect mode.

How can i fix it?
