Hi all new to the forums.
Has anyone got some info on Camsecure as recommended on this site?
I have placed an order from the link and had pay pal pay for the order but cannot contact them by phone. I only get an answer phone, are they still in buisness?
Thanks in advance!

Hi,
Yes I placed an order via the web interface and did not get a email to confirm dispatch within a couple of days. I then tried to call him but only got an answer phone. You have to leave a message and he eventually gave me a call, something about his phones will not accept calls that are withheld numbers (mine was from work and was) although I later tried from my mobile and had the same results.
The item I ordered was not in stock and I think he was a little over optimistic on the delivery dates so 2 of the promised dates were missed but I did eventually get the goods. I would check with him by email before placing an order to know where you stand to avoid any disappointment or confusion. I have had better delivery from some of the sites direct from china but I suppose you always take your chances no matter where you order from.

There are various cam-secure software available in the market. it is the responsibility of the postal or courier service to deliver the order within their specified time. Camsecure will not be held responsible for late delivery of any orders specifically arranged to be delivered by a specified date.
Hi,
You are right in that Camsecure are not responsible for the delivery service but there was no problem with the postal/courier service, the problem was the parts were not in stock at Camsecure and no indication of this was given at the time of ordering. When I managed to get a response the ETA of their stock was a little optimistic and therefore the goods were not dispatched on the date promised. No email or calls were received to inform me of this so I had to ask the question again. If goods are not held in stock and a supplier is itself let down by it's own source a quick email to it's expectant customers would at least keep them informed instead of wondering when the goods would be dispatched.
