Garbled video

I have this LT Security wireless IP camera. The MJPEG feed from it works great with ZoneMinder.

I do have a problem with the MPEG4 feed. Once I add it as a monitor and click it's name in the console the video looks like this and the framerate goes from like .5 FPS to just completely blanking out for several minutes.

Any pointers on what to do to troubleshoot this?
