Configure 4 chip, 16 channel/port, Conexant Fusion 878A

I'm trying to configure this card (see images) on linux. So far, very little luck. I believe I'm falling short on the correct bttv module options. It has a ribbon cable that converts 4 card slots to 4 ports each for a total of 16.

It's from a security system I have identified as purchased from eyemaxdvr.com.

Loading bttv identifies it as unknown/generic and lspci shows up as "Brooktree Corporation Bt878 Video Capture"

Any help is much appreciated!
