How do i know if the Planet Network Cam (ICA-110), What should have the camera to work with ZM, and, i Think this camera support remote view with an external software (and with the web server included too) how do i know the path to configure in ZM ??

This is the same as the new TrendNet model TV-IP201 Camera, only cheaper. Around $110.00 on Newegg.com... Yay!
Usually Trendnet cameras work with ZoneMinder. There are a few threads on the forums about these cameras. So it might be safe to assume this new model works with ZM. But a confirmation from Planet or Trendnet support technician would be the best definitive answer.
Accordring to the folks over at the Motion project Trendnet cameras usually work with these URLs:
netcam_url http://xx.xx.xx.xx/IMAGE.JPG (for single JPEG images)
netcam_url http://xx.xx.xx.xx/VIDEO.CGI (for streaming MJPEG video)
