zoneminder now fail's to start
get this error as do every one else with the dvd installed
any ideas
i see libavcore has a bug listed against when i search Google
"Starting ZoneMinder: /usr/local/bin/zmfix: error while loading shared libraries: libavcore.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
failure"

libavcore.so is not part of ZoneMinder, but ffmpeg.
Have you tried to reinstall ffmpeg?

followed heaps of versions on the wiki
still wont start, same error
i am getting a bit lost now
there is talk around the sites i have visited about ffmpeg
the best example from http://ffmpeg.org/pipermail/ffmpeg-user ... 00102.html

Do we have a fix for this yet?
My system desided to do an auto-update for me, and now zoneminder is broken.
Is there anyway to rollback the updates?
