ASF live mpeg stream on Pocket PC 2003

I'm back on this problem again.

Streaming with ffserver+ffmpeg to my LooX PocketPc 2003 handheld works fine in asf format. Url I use: http://SERVER_IP:8090/test.asf

But the same thing with zms doesn't work, media player on LooX displays Opening... forever it doesn't start buffering. Url I use: http://SERVER_IP/cgi-bin/zms?mode=mpeg&monitor=1&scale=100&bitrate=128000&format=asf&maxfps=5

Now I'm using Ethereal to find out what is the difference between ffserver and zms.
