I have 2 of these for about 2 years now.

I requested 3.5mm-8mm varifocal instead of 4mm-9mm. 3.5mm-8mm is a lot more useful in my opinion. Bought the PAL version because of its higher resolution for progressive image (384x288 vs 320x240 for NTSC)
I have good experience with this seller, i also bought other cameras from him.

IF you want some nice quality used cams. This guy has some really goo deals. Just watch you bidding sometime bid goes really high. I got 6 cams for $30 shiped. One cam had a line in image sensor but the rest work great.
