Ok I did something stupid I accidentally checked authenticate user with the spacebar before closing the interface now I am locked out of zoneminder. anyone have a quick solution to remove this setting? perhaps a manipulation of a conf file.

All the config is stored in the database. You can use phpmyadmin to navigate through it and change it.
