Remote authentication by a WordPress site - how?

Sorry, I am new in web development, but I am learning well.

Now I want to do the following: user logins to WordPress site and can go with his personal link to zone minder. As I got from the manual - it is remote authentication, but how to make it work with WordPress?

Or maybe someone can help me to find a way where I can get the hashed auth link to users profile and console?
