'zmc -d /dev/video' exited abnormally, exit status 6

I make the source code.

when I start the zoneminder,it's successful.
/etc/init.d/zoneminder restart

but the log file zmdc.log show the error:
10:39:32.052304 zmdc[8730].INF [Starting pending process, zmc -d /dev/video]
10:39:32.053513 zmdc[8730].INF ['zmc -d /dev/video' starting at 11/07/19 10:39:32, pid = 17886]
10:39:32.126532 zmdc[8730].ERR ['zmc -d /dev/video' exited abnormally, exit status 6]

and the web show "ZoneMinder Console - Stopped - v1.24.2" the status is Stopped.
Actually,the zoneminder is fail.zmc daemon is not started.
